RULES:

OVERTIME

• Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments ($20).

• The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation.

CLEANING / DAMAGES

• Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in.

• Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves.

• Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.

• You are responsible for any damage incurred in the studio or the building during your booking. A walkthrough will be conducted before and after the rental period.

• Staff will be available in the space for the full duration of the booking.

Note: Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples , tape or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file.

FURNITURE

• Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture and/ or decor in the space to suit your needs.

• No moving furniture and decorations

• Furniture and decorations may be moved

  • If you need to move or adjust any furnishings, please discuss prior to your shoot.

  • The rooms can be rearranged/staged to your liking, however all removals must be approved and supervised by us. We're happy to move things around for you, just ask!

• No oiled bodies on Furniture: To protect our furnishings, please refrain from sitting or leaning on them with oiled or painted skin.

• No stepping on furniture with shoes.

• No touching any art and decor displayed in the room.

• Respect the Space: Treat the furnishings and the studio with respect. We take pride in our curated space and expect you to do the same.

MISCELLANEOUS

• There is no smoking allowed in the space.

• No glitter can be used

• There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

• All ages are allowed in the space

GUEST POLICY:

• Only individuals listed in the booking are allowed on the premises. Any additional guests will incur extra charges (Any guest not listed in booking will be an additional fee of $10).

• Maximum Capacity:

  • No more than 15 people at a time. Maximum of 15 people per booking. Ask ahead if you have a larger group

  • Exceeding the number of allowed individuals may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

• No parties.

• No large gatherings

• All ages are allowed in the space

• There are other renters in building please be respectful of their space

NOISE CONSIDERATION:

• We share this building with other tenants. Please be mindful and respectful of their space and keep noise levels to a minimum.

LOADING DOCK ACCESS:

• Do not obstruct the loading docks at any time. Ensure that your activities do not disrupt the building's operations.

END OF BOOKING CLEAN-UP:

• Please ensure that the space is returned to its original state at the end of your booking. Dispose of all trash properly and leave the studio tidy.

NOT ALLOWED ON STUDIO PREMISES

• No pets

• No food or drinks inside

• No vaping allowed anywhere inside building

• No smoking allowed anywhere inside building

• No alcohol, drugs or paraphernalia of any kind allowed anywhere inside building

• No mounting and or drilling of equipment into walls, floor or ceiling.

• No Colored Smoke bombs

• No nudity allowed

• Productions promoting violence, hate (racism, sexism, xenophobia, etc.), or drug use are NOT allowed.

• No weapons (guns, knifes, etc.) allowed onsite.

• No flames/fires (i.e., burning candles, sage, incense, etc.)
